Configure user attributes, trigger conditions and tasks to manage joining, moving and leaving, including account disabling and access-package changes. Check workflow history and audit logs; custom integrations require Logic Apps extensions and target permissions. Governance needs an active Entra P1/P2 prerequisite; P2 alone does not include Lifecycle Workflows. This scope covers the commercial cloud service.

Review groups, integrated app assignments and access packages. Enable automatic application of results or apply decisions after the review ends; app reviews require user assignment to be enforced.
