The OIG add-on includes Lifecycle Management, Workflows and Access Governance. Configure the authoritative source, app provisioning and group mappings. Deactivation runs in the background; app deprovisioning must be enabled and some app types are excluded. Administrators receive tasks when manual deprovisioning is required. Okta group memberships remain after user deactivation; inspect downstream completion.

Set campaign approval, revocation and no-response actions. Enhanced group remediation can remove group-assigned app access when enabled for eligible resource campaigns without entitlement reviews. Group rules, app-sourced groups and resource collections can require manual action. Service-account review remediation is manual and requires separate Privileged Access licensing. Review outcomes do not prove all downstream access was removed.
